Arixtra Drug Interactions

If you take dasatinib, tositumomab, or certain blood thinners with Arixtra, drug interactions may occur. These interactions can increase the risk of bleeding, including dangerous internal bleeding. If you must take these medications together, your healthcare provider may have to monitor you more closely. To ensure a safe treatment process, tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking, including nonprescription medicines.
