Pralatrexate Drug Information

Pralatrexate (Folotyn®) is a medication used to treat a certain type of blood cell cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma. This prescription drug works by interfering with how the cancer cells multiply. It is approved for use in adults and is given as an intravenous (IV) injection by a healthcare provider. You will receive this medicine once a week for six weeks, followed by a one-week break before beginning the treatment cycle again.
